In 2025, XTEND Construction delivered a kitchen extension and internal reconfiguration for a family home in Wimbledon SW19. We completed groundworks, structural openings and new steelwork, then built through to second fix with full project management throughout.
The new space features rooflights and wide glazing to bring in natural light and connect seamlessly to the garden.
Externally, the extension was finished in beautiful, sustainably sourced timber cladding, giving a warm, modern look.
The SW19 kitchen extension was designed around light, flow, and a calm, premium finish. A statement stone island anchors the room, paired with dark bespoke cabinetry and integrated appliances.
Wide glazing and a full height picture window pull the garden into the space, creating a seamless inside outside connection. Crisp ceilings with discreet downlights and feature pendants bring warmth without clutter.
Herringbone timber flooring runs throughout, unifying kitchen, dining, and living zones. Every junction is clean, precise, and built for everyday family use.
